The Directorate is led by Director of Human Resource Management and Administration. The Directorate operates through its seven sections, namely, Planning and Policy, Recruitment and Appraisal for Academic Staff, Recruitment and Appraisal for Administrative Staff, Labour Relations, Human Capital Management Information Systems (HCMIS), Staff Development and Central Registry. Each section is supervised by head of section. The Directorate of Human Resource Management’s core services and competencies comprise recruitment and staffing, diversity, employee and labour relations, compensation, performance management, employee development, HR information management, and regulatory compliance.
